Matcha Latte with Ube Cold Foam
Ingredients
1 oz Torani Coconut Syrup
2 tsps ceremonial grade matcha (we’re using @MatchaKari)
2 oz warm water
6 oz milk of choiceCold Foam:
1 oz milk or heavy cream
1 tsp ube extract or paste
Instructions
Whisk matcha in warm water until smooth and frothy. In a glass over ice, add Torani Coconut Syrup, milk of choice, and prepared matcha. In a separate small container, mix heavy cream and ube extract with a hand whisk until foamy. Add on top of matcha latte and enjoy!
